“I want to undertake the flight for two reasons; to carve myself a career in aviation, and because of my innate love of adventure. What I crave for more than anything else is adventure.”

It was 1931. She immersed herself in dreams of flight, of freedom, of a life up amongst the clouds…
The mystery of her disappearance, however, would keep an entire nation guessing…
For May Jenson, the skies posed the ultimate in adventure. Stubbornly refusing to heed the warnings, she was to make that final solo flight that would cost her life…

By vanishing into thin air, Jenson seemed to merge with the very elements that she so often challenged and conquered. She represented high aspiration and soaring ambition, believing wholeheartedly in her personal quest: to popularise flight and make the four corners of the world accessible to all.

She was the ultimate High Flyer.
